Ronald L. Sussman

Mr. Sussman's practice focuses corporate, partnership, private equity, real estate, oil and gas, finance and transaction structuring. He represents private equity funds, developers, manufacturers, distributors, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, syndicators and entrepreneurs in connection with the structuring, negotiating and documenting of transactions.
